Do tenants pay a fee for the home search?
When we search exclusively for you and not for the landlord, we may charge you a search fee — and we agree it clearly and upfront before we start. If we were to act for the landlord as well, the law does not allow us to charge you; the landlord pays. We're always transparent about which side we're on.
Do you work with expats and international students?

What does it cost to sell or to value my property?
It depends on the property and the service. We give you a clear quote upfront — fixed fee or commission — before anything starts, so you always know where you stand. A first valuation conversation is free and without obligation.
